Who knows what something really big happened, though the director of enforcement of the sec, which i can't, remember his name right now.

I'm. Just doing this. Video on top of my head, but the director of enforcement for the sec he resigned today. Now, if you don & # 39, t know what resign means in the world of politics. It means he was fired.

This guy only started in january, which is insane when you think about all that's, gone on in this xrp case since january. Pretty much i would say this: i believe that he was fired because of the email that came out this week, where the sec, emailed a ripple investor or an xrp investor, and told them that uh yeah, by the way we've, made dodo determination.

We've made no determination on whether xrp is a security or not. So if they're, they're, telling investors that this doesn't look good for the sec and i don't. Think it's coincidence either that i've, been telling you this case going to be settled soon.

Uh, you know by the end of september, at the latest, in my opinion, uh, and what i've, been told from you guys know. I got a guy, so here's, the thing he just quit or got fired. This is probably an indication of the way that this case is going.

I think that email spurred him on to get arrested, i mean excuse me, not arrested resigned. He's, not arrested. Who knows it might be one day, but let's. Talk about what's going on right now, with this case, ripple labs has now requested that the sec turn over, and they said this is a totally reasonable request and i believe that it is all the crypto holdings and trading activities of everyone at The sec, basically their their accusation here, is that the sec, since it had not determined that ripple, was a security or the xrp was a security that they were actually allowing their employees of the sec to trade.

Xrp you & # 39. Ve got to be kidding me on this now and they're, going to have to end up disclosing all their crypto holdings. Can you imagine, can you imagine if we get to see what gary ginsler lizardman himself what he holds who, by the way, slapped the director of enforcement on the butt on the way out and said great job? You did such a great job right.

You know it only lasted eight months. You know when you get a job in the government. You only last eight months, you're, doing something really bad, but gary kind of was always trying to cover for these people.
